The new Sea War museum in Thyborøn, Denmark will open its doors to the public on Wednesday, September 16th. The museum is the vision of Gert Normann Andersen, danish entrepreneur and founder of JD-Contractor A/S, the largest cable laying fleet of ships in Denmark. Gert has been passionate about the wrecks of Jutland and the story of the battle for almost half a century. For the last 10 years he has amassed a unique collection of artefacts, lovingly restored by artisan, John Silver. Tomorrow night will be the opening ceremony. Good luck!
