Any descendant of someone was at the Battle of Jutland can apply to attend the Orkney Commemoration events.  But applications must be made by January 22nd 2016. This can be done by e-mail (battleofjutland@m-is.com) or in writing (c/o M-is Plc., Battle of Jutland Centenary, First World War Centenary Events, Home House, Church Street, Old Isleworth, London TW7 6DA, United Kingdom).

A standard form must be completed.
